Wanda Farm Tour
The Land Conservancy’s “Women’s Learning Circle” gathered at Wanda Farm (Harvard, IL) this past Friday!
Joe took us for a hayride to visit their pasture-raised pigs, cows, and chickens.
Beyond learning about rotational grazing, Joe spoke passionately about caring for animals in ways that not only tend to their health, but also the health of the earth, the soil, and the humans who will eventually eat their meat.
We consumers are so fortunate to have farmers devoted to regenerative methods. They truly pour themselves into this practice out of a sense of justice and out of love.

And if you are a female identifying or non-binary farmer who’d like to attend a Women’s Learning Circle — please come to the next gathering on August 16th!
