A Painted Stool Steps Up Bedroom Decor

Okay, I  REALLY can’t stop painting walls and furniture. 

The other day, I made over this unique stepping stool that currently functions as a bedroom plant stand.

It used to be white, but when I swapped my bedroom rugs, I realized that it needed to be punched up. 

And this fluorescent, floral motif is what resulted from my intuitive approach of “painting without a plan.” 

I like it. It brings out my inner granny.  Now, who wants a butterscotch?
