Vegan Golden Soup

This SOUP – is life changing! I came across the recipe for this Vegan Golden Soup by @makeitdairyfree and cooked it up, yesterday. I was really making it for myself to eat all week, but the kids gobbled up multiple bowls of it for dinner! Can’t blame them, because it is so yummy. 

In fact, the whole house loves its creamy – spicy – sweet potato – cauliflower – curry goldeness. 

It feels so comforting and healthy – in the way that it might fortify you against the wee beasties that are being sneezed into your aura this very moment.
