With deep roots in several Buddhist traditions, walking meditation aids us in cultivating deeper awareness of ourselves and our surroundings. Enjoy a 30-minute guided walk including instruction and silence, followed by free time to explore Spring Bird’s forest sanctuary.
Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, water, and a snack if desired. You may wish to bring a journal or sketchbook. Long pants and sturdy shoes recommended. PLEASE NOTE: face masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn during gathered group activities.
