Gongs have been used throughout history to signify awakening, arrivals, and important transitions. Enjoy a brief guided meditation followed by an immersion in the sounds of the gong and Spring Bird’s forest sanctuary. Guests are free to explore and enjoy the property after the event. $25

Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, and water. Long pants and sturdy shoes recommended. PLEASE NOTE: face masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn during gathered group activities
