Spring Ephemerals

Spring Ephemerals are my favorite part of Spring, and I feel like noticing them – paying attention to them is a full time job because Spring moves fast! (Right Ferris?) I want to give them as much of my attention as possible. This year, I have noticed many more May Apples and Trillium. I hope the deer leave the Trillium alone, but I can’t blame them for wanting a treat now and again. The Virginia Blue Bells are on the verge of blooming. (Say that three times fast). It’s a wonderland at Spring Bird. I wish you could see it for yourself.
