Outdoor Meditation & Gong Bath
The Fall Equinox is coming, and Rachel E. Maley of Still Life Meditation is leading an Outdoor Meditation and Gong Bath at Spring Bird! AND you are invited!!!
Celebrate the new season with this guided meditation on finding balance and welcoming change. Seated outdoor meditation finishes with an immersion in the sound and vibration of the gong, a tool used throughout history to signify awakening, arrivals, and important transitions. 40 minutes of seated meditation and gong bath, followed by free time to spend in meditative exploration of Spring Bird’s forest sanctuary.
Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, water, and a snack if desired. You may wish to bring a journal or sketchbook. Long pants and sturdy shoes recommended. PLEASE NOTE: face masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn during gathered group activities.
