May’s Sweetheart Moon

Happy Sweetheart Moon! 

For this full moon, I chose the sweet Chickadee who not only sings its name “Chicka – dee – dee -dee” but also sings a love song to its mate. My nature loving niece, Iris, so soulfully detected that this bird’s mating song sounds like the bird is calling “Sweeeeeet – Heart” 

Chickadees are not the only ones singing for love this month. May is the month of weddings – including mine 18 years ago, and Gueniviere sings in Camelot about May being the “lusty month”.

So, dust off your favorite love songs and sing to yourself, your loved ones, or to the birds a beautiful and dear song.
