Full Moon: January

Happy Full Moon! 

Here’s my wish for the next moon cycle:

Let’s be more gentle and compassionate towards ourselves and others at the beginning of this new calendar year. 

Life is feeling more and more like a super marathon these days, and we need to take care of ourselves and each other in order to keep running. Or perhaps instead of running, we walk a bit or even sit down and take a nap!
