Full Moon: Gather
All month long, Spring Bird has received very special guests — flocks of migrating birds!
In a matter of minutes, the woods are overcome with the chatter and flutter of migrating robins, grackles, and other birds who stop to rest, eat, and chatter before moving on to their final destination.
Their energy is overwhelming!
So, that is why I chose to honor this full moon by sewing a flock landing in a tree along with the word gather.
I’ve been enjoying some gatherings this month, and I very much look forward to the holidays offering more opportunities to gather. For a hermit gal who loves isolation and solitude, it seems that I am ready for some group energy and collective celebration as this pandemic continues to evolve.
Have you seen any flocks on the move this season? Have you been gathering?
