Earth Hearts
Yesterday was the latest Earth Hearts workshop: Let The Power Grow. Unfortunately, I am still recovering from covid and was not able to lead it with my Mom. Fortunately, my sister, Lisa, was able to help with instructing the creative activities. She was also generous enough to take these photos of the participants making necklaces from cantaloupe seeds. Participants also decorated pots and planted some Spring intentions along with flower seeds.
Not leading the workshop was a big lesson in letting go. I was really looking forward to being in the group and planting some seeds of my own. It is always so powerful and sustaining to be in a circle of support, and after a week and half of being home with covid, I was ready to share! But I did not want to share my germs, so I stayed home.
I am looking forward to the next workshop on April 24th. Hopefully I’ll get to see you there, too.
More info on that coming soon!
