Confronting The Chaos
This is my favorite corner in which I like to practice yoga.
I start most days and end most nights, on my mat, saluting and submitting to these plants and the trees just outside the windows.
(I forgot to draw the twinkle lights which make the space extra special.)
Yoga has been such a critical way for me to return to my body and breath during these last few years of turmoil.
We can not always control the chaos outside of us, but we can do our best to tend to the inner whirlpools of angst.
Houseplants, twinkle lights, and yoga help me a lot.
